Common questions.
Do you do permanent retail interiors or only event builds?
Both. We've delivered permanent store fit-outs as well as event-day pop-up interiors. The team and workshop are the same.
What is the typical turnaround for a custom build?
Two to three weeks for an exhibition booth or store launch. Larger fit-outs take four to eight weeks. Faster turnarounds are possible — we'll be honest about what's achievable.
Can you guarantee finish quality?
We have a finish-quality checklist signed off by our supervisor before handover. Re-do at our cost if the finish doesn't match the approved sample.
